Banin Communications Receives Avaya Implementation Professional Designation

Banin Communications, has been designated an Implementation Professional by Avaya.

This prestigious recognition is designated for services-only Avaya partners that have demonstrated expertise in implementation services. To qualify for this designation, Banin achieved a certain level of competency and certifications, including Avaya Certified Specialist for IP Telephony and Communications Manager, Modular Messaging, and Voice Portal, in addition to maintaining other requirements, including customer references, industry certifications, staffing minimums and exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.

We appreciate the support from Avaya in developing this program, as it allows us to increase the value add and support for our resellers. Over the last year, we have developed multiple service offers across the Avaya product line and resellers can now readily use these services to complement their business model.
